Return & Exchange Policy – Rich Drip
At Rich Drip, we value your satisfaction and want you to love every product you purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help with returns and exchanges.
? Returns & Exchanges
• You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact.
• To return or exchange, customers are required to courier the product back to our return address (shared with you once your request is approved).
• Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
? Refunds
• Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval/rejection.
• If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
• For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or store credit.
? Exchanges
• Exchange requests (size or color) will be processed once we receive the returned product.
• Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
? Non-Returnable Items
• Innerwear, accessories, and clearance/sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.
• Products damaged due to misuse, not in original condition, or returned after 7 days will not be accepted.
? Important Note
• Please make sure to pack the product securely while sending it back to avoid damage during transit.
• Rich Drip is not responsible for items lost or damaged in return shipping.
